I found Norbert on Facebook a few years ago. This lil pup so tiny made me smile and feel so much joy. To this day I look for a post from Julie just to get that “Feel Good” feeling and smile. Thank you so much for sharing Norbert to the world. I am ever so grateful.
I'm of those who discovered Norbert on YouTube just recently. I subscribed the channel 8mmediately and was fond of looking at his tiny face every day. My day was not finished untill I see any video or photo with Norby. But suddenly I discovered the post where the owners told that our dear Norbe rt went to his rainbow at almost 16-years old. O, no!!! 16 y.o??? How many people were happy from seeing him, touching him, speaking with him, asking "give five" and so on, so on, so on... on his life way. You know, I'm one of those who is smiling just hearing name "Norbert" and becomes happy looking at his sweet face. Thank you so much for making me a part of thr world named Norbert. Be sure, his continues to be a therapy dog from his rainbow. At least he is healing me every day. I miss him too. (Please, excuse my English, because it's a foreign language for me)
Thank you for taking the time to share your story, so beautifully written, with us. We are humbled to hear of the ways Norbert touched the lives of others. We started this substack site to further the creative and heartfelt work we did with Norbert as we explore ways to inspire others. We appreciate your kind words.
I have been following him for about a year. I would check for his YT posts first thing in the morning before work. He always boosted my spirit and motivated me to start my day. It’s good to see I was not alone. Gone but never forgotten. Love you Norbert
I am new to Norbert. He is the sweetest looking Angel. Reminds me of a few dogs we lost and 2 we have. I can see they did and do some of the things he did. Had one dog that had her tongue like his.
I've been following little Norbert for a good bit of time. I always love seeing his sweet little face with that little tongue out. I cried for days when he got his angel wings and held on tight to my little Tiny girl who is the same age as Norbert. She's now 16 years old, and such a comfort to anyone she meets. I am so grateful that Julie continues to share Norbert with everyone.
We are touched by the many people, like you, who have shared how much Norbert meant to them. We wish you many more happy times with your little girl. Hugs.
I have followed Norbert for years. I have all his books, plush and Christmas cards. I lost both of my girls(they were sisters from same litter), they were two months away from being 17 years old, one month apart. I thought my heart was broken and would never heal. When Julie lost little Norbert my heart broke again. He was a precious boy.
I’ve been following Norbert for years. Every time I see him even on my lowest days, he always would be able to put a smile on my face. Thank you for continuing to share him. He is still so loved and so missed such a beautiful, compassionate, loving angel.
My daughters and I followed Boo and one day my nephew said, “Have you seen Norbert?” One pic and that was all it took for us to fall in love with that little guy! Thank you so much for sharing Norbert with the world. He was always a little slice of happy in this thing called life. We bought his book and also bought one for my nephew. We crack up because from time to time my nephew will open the book to a random page and say “Norbert says…”. It always makes us laugh. I understand all too well the heartbreak of having to say goodbye. One day we will get to see our pups I pray. Inspired by Norbert I have started a facebook page with our new puppy hoping to make anyone that sees it smile the way Norbert did for us. Thank you again for carrying on with Norbert’s mission to spread joy.
